Sichuan project's integrated cooling plant shipped

Published on: 2026-02-06

Recently, our company successfully completed the factory acceptance and shipment of a custom-designed high-efficiency integrated cooling plant for a project in Sichuan!

This integrated cooling plant features a modular, all-in-one design, combining chillers, pumps, cooling towers, free-cooling plate heat exchangers, and an intelligent centralized control system—significantly reducing on-site installation time and footprint. To achieve the engineering goals of “high efficiency, energy savings, intelligence, and reliability,” our team rigorously controlled every stage—from design and manufacturing to quality inspection and testing—ensuring stable operation under complex conditions.

Free-Cooling System for Lower Energy Consumption
Tailored to Sichuan’s climate and project requirements, we incorporated a free-cooling system that minimizes energy use and operating costs without compromising cooling reliability.
  • Free Cooling: During winter or shoulder seasons, when the outdoor wet-bulb temperature drops to the design threshold, the main chillers can be shut down, and cooling is supplied to the user side via a combination of cooling towers and heat exchangers—significantly reducing the project’s electricity consumption.
  • Integrated Design: Free-cooling components (such as plate heat exchangers, piping, and valves) are pre-integrated with the main equipment inside standardized enclosures or compact skids at the factory, eliminating decentralized on-site installation.

Cloud Platform Enables Unattended Operation
The project is equipped with our cloud-based platform for real-time monitoring, incident response, and reduced operational costs. Key features include:
  • IoT-enabled smart monitoring: Real-time data collection on temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Remote management & alerts: Operators can monitor status, adjust strategies, and receive fault alarms anytime via mobile or PC—enabling 24/7 visualized oversight.
  • Auto-control & self-diagnosis: The system automatically detects faults and switches to backup units, minimizing manual inspections and enabling true “lights-out” or unattended operation.

This successful delivery not only demonstrates our technical leadership in integrated cooling plants but also reintegrated cooling plantaffirms our commitment to “customer-centric service and guaranteed delivery.” Moving forward, we will continue advancing smart energy solutions to provide green, efficient heating and cooling systems for critical infrastructure projects.
