CQUST Connects Graduates with Yidian Fluid
To thoroughly implement the strategy of giving priority to employment and deepen the integration of industry and education, Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CQUST) recently organized a group of fresh graduates to visit Yidian Fluid Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. for an employment exchange and site visit.
This event served as a solid bridge for two-way communication. It not only allowed graduates to get up close with corporate development and job requirements but also promoted a win-win cooperation process of collaborative education between the university and the enterprise.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Mr. Song, General Manager of Yidian Fluid. He introduced that as a high-tech enterprise under FIRSTPOWER TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, the company specializes in the heating and cooling source industry, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of related products. Guided by technological innovation and green concepts, they aim to be an international leading supplier of fluid equipment solutions.
Mr. Song emphasized that the company is on a strong growth trajectory and is eager for talent. He noted that Yidian Fluid has a deep cooperative foundation with CQUST and has always valued the professional qualities of its graduates. He also expressed his expectations for the students, hoping that undergraduates would focus on all-around development—especially improving their professional and international English proficiency—to better align with the company's global development and industry frontiers.

Ms. Xia Xiaolin, Deputy General Manager of Yidian Fluid, highlighted that talent is the core driver for the company to navigate market challenges. She stated that Yidian Fluid is looking for diverse talents who possess not just professional skills, but also innovation, adaptability, and collaboration abilities. She expressed hope to further deepen cooperation with CQUST and build a tighter platform for talent training and supply.

During the seminar, faculty representatives actively engaged in discussions:

Teacher Ju Fali (School of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering) thanked the company for its recognition of the students. He stated that the university is willing to strengthen joint efforts by offering targeted practical skill courses and inviting enterprise experts for case-based teaching, ensuring a seamless transition from campus learning to workplace employment.

Professor Liu Qixin noted that this activity is a crucial step in deepening cooperation. The university aims to optimize talent training models to deliver high-quality candidates that empower the enterprise.

Professor Li Wenjie added that strengthening the university-enterprise bond facilitates deep cooperation in research and technology development, helping companies break through technical bottlenecks and achieving a "triple win" for the school, the company, and the students.
Following the seminar, the General Manager led the delegation on a tour of the production workshops and R&D areas. He detailed the company's achievements in integrated heating/cooling source products. The faculty and students observed core products like plate heat exchangers and integrated cooling stations, gaining deep insights into the company's production management and technical innovation.
The highlight of the visit was the on-site interview session. After rigorous screening, Yidian Fluid reached employment intentions with 4 fresh graduates, successfully achieving a precise match between talent supply and demand.

This event is a concrete practice of CQUST's "Visiting Enterprises to Expand Posts" initiative. Moving forward, both parties will use this as an opportunity to expand cooperation in talent cultivation and R&D, injecting youthful momentum into the heating and cooling source industry.
