Heat exchange unit
The intelligent heat exchange unit consists of a heat exchanger, a circulating water pump, a water replenishment system, a control system, pipeline components (valves and instruments), etc. The system uses a plate heat exchanger as the core heat exchange component to convert the heat obtained from the primary side (steam or high-temperature hot water) into hot water that meets the needs of the secondary side (user end). Due to the plate heat exchanger used in the unit, the isolation of the primary side heat source and the secondary side water is achieved. The steam or high-temperature water on the primary side enters the plate heat exchanger and becomes condensed water or high-temperature return water, returning to the heat source and forming a loop circulation of the heating system; After the secondary side return water is filtered to remove dirt, it is sent to a plate heat exchanger through a circulating pump and heated by steam or high-temperature water for heating. The make-up water pump injects soft water into the system to maintain a constant system pressure, thus forming a water supply cycle.
