Factory Exploration: Experience "Green Intelligent Manufacturing" Up Close

A group of teachers and students from Chongqing University of Science and Technology visited the production base of Yidian Fluid Technology (Chongqing) Co., LTD. They successively visited the product display area and the unit assembly operation area, and closely observed the production site of the high-efficiency integrated cold station and heat exchange unit.

Huiqiang Luo, the product sales manager of Yidian Fluid Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., explained the differences between integrated cold stations and traditional power station buildings. He introduced a series of new business models from design, production and processing, assembly, testing, transportation and installation, commissioning to after-sales service, to meet the new demands of customer development.

Daitao Huang, the factory manager of Yidian Fluid Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., explained the PCW unit. This set of PCW is specifically designed for the process cooling water of semiconductor equipment and has high requirements for temperature control, pressure control, and integration.

Through on-site observation and explanations from professionals, teachers and students gained a brand-new understanding of integrated systems and further learned about the cutting-edge technologies and production processes in the industry.
